1. Incorporation of Universal Terms of Service
This document defines the specific rules, conditions, and anti-abuse policies that apply to the Braidzo Rewards application.
Braidzo Rewards is a service provided by Braidzo Labs. As such, these terms incorporate and implement all baseline rules, conduct guidelines, IP rights, and disclaimers detailed in the full Braidzo Labs Universal Terms of Service. Please refer to the universal terms for baseline guidelines regarding support ticketing, disclaimers, and governing law (Kerala, India).
2. App-Specific Usage Rules
2.1 Reward Credits (BRZ)
Reward credits (BRZ) are in-app credits earned through streaks, quests, and watching video ads.
- No cash value unless explicitly stated.
- Earning rates and quest structures are subject to modification.
- Redemption gift cards are subject to stock and vendor terms.
2.2 Ad-Blocking Restrictions
Watching ads supports the reward credits economy. Consequently, you are strictly prohibited from:
- Blocking, hiding, or disabling ads.
- Circumventing ad detection.
- Using modified hosts files or DNS filters to suppress ads.
2.3 Device Restrictions
To secure transactions and block emulated/farmed clicks, you agree not to access Braidzo Rewards via:
- Rooted Android devices.
- Jailbroken iOS devices.
- Emulators or VM setups.
- Parallel Spaces or cloner apps.
2.4 Phone Number Verification Requirement
To access and use Braidzo Rewards, you must provide and verify a valid phone number associated with your account. Phone verification is a mandatory requirement and may not be bypassed.
- You must verify your phone number within 7 days of account registration.
- Only one account may be registered per phone number.
- Providing a false or third-party phone number constitutes a violation of these Terms.
2.5 Unverified Account Deletion
If you fail to verify your phone number within the 7-day period following account registration, your account may be automatically deleted as an unverified account. All data associated with the unverified account will be handled in accordance with our Braidzo Rewards Privacy Policy.
2.6 One Account Per Phone Number
Each phone number may only be linked to a single Braidzo Rewards account. Attempting to register multiple accounts using the same phone number, or using phone number spoofing techniques, is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all BRZ credits.
2.7 Phone Number Updates, Removal & Credit Forfeiture
You may update or change your verified phone number at any time if needed, provided the new phone number is successfully verified. However, you cannot simply remove or unlink a phone number from an active account without providing a replacement verified number.
- Removal Requires Account Deletion: To completely remove your phone number from our systems, you must permanently delete your account.
- Credit Forfeiture: Upon account deletion, all accumulated BRZ credits, streak progress, and reward balances are permanently lost.
- No Transfer to New Accounts: Forfeited credits will not be restored, transferred, or credited to any new or subsequent account you create.
3. Prohibited Abuse & Farming
To keep Braidzo Rewards fair and sustainable, we enforce a strict anti-exploit policy. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate suspension, blacklist, or permanent termination of your account, and erasure of all accrued BRZ points:
- Running auto-clickers, macro recorders, or automated farming software to trigger clicks or watch ads.
- Registering or operating multiple accounts per individual to compound rewards.
- Injecting packets, spoofing coordinates, or mock-locations to bypass region limits or complete local quests.
- Exploiting visual glitches, database desyncs, or system errors to generate illegitimate credits.
4. Account Deletion & Data Rights
4.1 Permanent Deletion Policy
In compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the DPDP Act 2023, you retain the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data (including to remove your linked phone number). Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, all accrued BRZ credits, active streak progress, and pending redemptions are permanently forfeited and will not be credited or transferred to any new account.
Accounts that are automatically deleted due to failure to complete phone number verification within the required 7-day period are subject to the same permanent deletion terms. Re-registration is permitted, but previously accumulated data cannot be restored.
4.2 Submitting an Account Deletion Request
Users wishing to permanently delete their account may submit an official request through our dedicated Account Deletion Form.
